Hill are all these clones coming from? Did someone break into Bradtech
again?!" ^_^

Just wondering...most, if not all, "clones" have some kind of logical
origin...^_^ They don't just spontaneously appear...

For example - 

Ami-clone: Used to be retainer of HIbiki residence located at Gate 7.
de-activated upon lost Hibiki family's non-return (they're all lost
somewhere, it seems ^_^). Reactivated (accidentally) by Frank when he
first arrived at Gate 7 upon joining UGMA in late July/early August.

Akane-clone: Created in secret by Frank in late May/early June, later
upgraded and reinforced by Arnold. Used Bradtech material to make her
(door was left open from when Saotome Laura and XR-kun were
creating Ryouga-clone). At first, had no proper programming and ran
rampant around the ML using its "weapons", i.e. deadly cooking dishes
and attacking various people. Eventually caught by Frank and Arnold and
properly programmed. Is on automatic control, but more precise control
can be acheived through two joysticks. Frank owns one, Arnold the
other.

All of this was shown to be true and played out. Just look in the
Archives. ^_^
