True...airships are in all 7 ff games.

summon spells weren't present in ff 1 or 2, and as far as i am in ff3, they aint in
that one either.

> *ultima weapon* one in both ff3 and ff7.

Hmm...i don't think two games really makes it a recurring thing... And ultima in ff6
was a spell. The
sword that allowed you to learn it was the ragnarok sword (or paladin shield). There
was also the
illumina sword and the atma weapon, but as far as an ultima weapon? I'm not sure,
but i don't think
it's in ff6.

Yeah, otehr than the fact that he's an a**hole.

If I recall correctly, he didn't speak in stereotypical black fashion in the japanese
version. I've
read several angry letters from readers at his portrayal, and teh response from magazines
is always
mentioning that he wasn't like that in the original.

Yeah, her chest...her victory pose seems to stress that part too ("Hmm...let me put
my arms over my
head and stick out my rack!"). As for being weak...I wouldn't say that. When you egt
her to a high
enough level, her chained limits can do severe damage. As for her weapon being bad...she's
a
hand-to-hand fighter. She can't use anything other than gloves. And if you look carefully,
some of
the gloves have spikes coming out of them, thereby likening them to yangs 'claws'
in ff4. I see
nothing wrong with the gloves, and i think tifa is a good character. And she's pretty
cute too.

And her limit breaks put everyone else's to shame. The one where she uses her limit
to max out
everyone else's limit meters is very cool.

> CID- He is nessisary for all ff games^_^ nuff said.

And he smokes! Lighting dynamite off a cigarette! How cool is that?! YES! And he curses!
He reminds
me of me!

> VINCIENT- Visual impressive and darkly skillful. vincient was a very

his limit breaks, while being fairly cool (Hellmask springs to mind), are incredibly
worthless in big
battles. Let's say somehow two characters get wiped out, and only vinnie's left. And
he's stuck in
one of his monster forms. Ya can't heal him, and he'll keep fighting until he DIES.
Ouch. I do like
how his final weapon gets stronger depending on the number of enemies he's killed.
And it's called
the Death Sentence. that's rad.

Yeah, but putting in too many characters sacrifices character development. I mean,
look at how much
we learned about the chacters in ff6. They had so many people running around that
they didn't have a
chance to have them interact very much.
