Out the serenity that is the astral ether...

        Justicar watches the assemblage forming outside the borders of Gate 
4. He wonders why the marines are outside Gate 4 and not flying shuttles to 
their secret moonbase. He makes idle comments during Wang's and Selma's 
plotting.

> "Well, it's obviously a trap, Captain."
>        "I know that SELMA."
>       "So will Kasumi (2) be making an appearance?"
>        "Oh please. She's already fallen into one of his traps. While
>escape was easy I doubt any would be foolish enough to fall into one

        "Ahh, I remember the factory battle well..."

>       "You forget SELMA he did more than just challenge K2. We'll just
>take care of him with the other act of defiance and kill the proverbial

        "And I'm sure that this military exercise was scheduled months in 
advance <g>"

>"Not to screw around with the Constitution, for now. I merely ask
>that the case be dropped and those Sailor lawyers show themselves in
>front of the Supreme Court for their crimes."

        "Hmm... Nabiki-Sama DID drop the case against Ronin. As for the 
Lawyers Senshi they'll gladly defend themselves in court. They'll have a 
field day! Bwahahahaaaa!"

> "But Captain, what if he should decide to do something against the
>Marine Forces?"
>       "Without our actual provacation? SELMA scan for C12 initiative."
>       "Scanning. 'Enacted by Congress, should US military forces come

        "I would have hoped that he would have thought of me more prudent. 
I'm not so stupid to attack brave Marines without provocation. However I 
can't allow them to remain around my Gate."

        [Alarm claxons eminate from Gate 4. The Gate 4 denizens safely 
teleport into the dimensional cortex.]

        CONSOLE (to the outside Marine commanders) "HI THERE!! :) I have 
some bad news. We've had a bit a containment leak. Washu told me to tell you 
that normal NBC procedures won't be effective. So I would strongly suggest 
removing any insurgents from our territory. I hear thay being irradiated is 
bad, I've never experienced before but I hear it really sucks. :) "

        CONSOLE (to SELMA) "Wow... I can't believe its really you. I loved 
you in Time Traxx. Its great to see that you've hit the big time. Oh yeah, I 
really must suggest that do not contact me directly. I have a bit of a 
virus... er.. oops sorry about that maybe I shouldn't have spoken with you 
either. BTW can I have your autograph :) "

        Justicar speaks into his wrist-phone... "Did you get the evidence?"

        Voice... "Of course I did Mr. J ! BTW you can call me Quinn... 
Harley Quinn... Hee hee!"

        Justicar "...all of it?"

        Voice... "You really ought to have more faith in me."

        Justicar (opens a channel to Ted) "Hey, Wang-san I don't have a 
quarrel with the Marines. I'd never openly attack them. I really must 
protest your use of them. I fully support them. I just want a glorious 
battle with Kasumi 2. I founded that movement to get her attention... and it 
worked! 
        Now you tell Kasumi 2 that I'll be waiting in the ruins of the old 
Moon Kingdom for her. It will be just like the good ol'days... heh!
        BTW... GO VIKINGS!!!! HAH!
