Isn't it because he learned Japanese beforme to Nerima?  Maybe I'm just thinking
of Cologne...

     Yeah, I didn't notice that Brigetta Dau - Venus Terzo switch either

I picked it up rather quickly- from the preview of the Ranma OAV series in the
beginning of some tapes.  It was only my second Ranma tape with her cast as the
vioce.  But that's just me.
