It was one of the best pieces of animation I can remember from my
childhood. It was basically done in kinda the same style as the Hobbit.
It's pretty good.

Which does even more to prove my theory that she didn't want to kill him.
just beat the crud out of him like she did Genma. Gunpowder is not C-4.
Unless you contain the expanding gas to a point where the contianer
finally explodes, it harmless. When thrown into the air and ignited it
does little more than flash and smoke. Now white phosphorus, there's
another story. Oh yes, and on Ukyo using glue to immobolize the enemy, it
is rather ingenius. You know why? The Marines have just now begun
experimenting with a non lethal weapon called Sticky Foam. Basically it
is slime blaster from GhostBusters 2 that squirts an adhesive expanding
foam that immobolizes the felon. The two ways to use it are to aim it at
the crotch or on the ground and then cover the felon with it. While not a
completely new concept it says a lot that Ukyo would use such a weapon
that the military has never considered until now. The Orange County and
LA county Sheriffs are evaluating it now.
