He's never in the anime.  Doesn't appear until manga vol. 25- which Viz
won't translate till sometime into next century.

Because you get to see Akane more often in the series in general.  She
has more chances to do it.  What would Ukyo do in the same situations?

Mental game is _always_ a major part of a fight.

Hiryu Shouten Ha.  The Dragon/hurricane punch that Ranma's used to
finish off Kirin in the first movie, and a variation of which was done
in the Akane and her Sisters OAV.  Basically it's hot and cold ki drawn
into a tornado-like spiral around Ranm and launched off with an
uppercut. One of the most powerful moves in the series.
