	In the manga, RT decided to drop Dr. Tofu because he doesn't really
help the story go along, and an 'answer man' like him tends to ruin the
story sometimes.  His last apperance is in v13, Hiryu Shoten Ha story. 
I'd assume Anime has more appearances of him, but it'll follow the
genearl pattern of manga, too, so you probably won't see him that often
anymore.
