Actually, there's a certain marketing strategy to releasing all the
 episodes including the weaker ones.  If VIZ concentrates only
 strong episodes, the quality of the episodes will fluctuate only
 mildly, giving the target audience less varying array of tapes.
 If VIZ includes weaker episodes, this will provide greater fluctuation,
 letting the audience become more excited by the strong episodes because
 of the contrast.  I know this means it takes longer for the full series
 to be released but, how many of us ever want it to end anyway?
