In the first movie (I may have posted this before) Ukyou is left out
of the action after the big chase scene...why is that?
Now, I'm not really advocating Ukyou's presence in this movie,
but I would think she would be considered a "major" character
somewhat, I think..>>

        I should say so..!  I allas wonder why she wasn't in it either.  But
then, did the movie come out before she started appearing most of the
shows...or not?

        I think they just used Shampoo because she was Chinese like the
other characters.  And, yes, they used Ryouga and Kunou- but Kunou spends
most of the movie being comic relief(As usual)... And Ryouga- well, he does
what he allas does, ne?   ^_^

        I would defend my namesake- But I haven't seen enough tapes to do
so.  Chances are... She's pissed about being kept on the back burner as a
secondary character forever in the shadow of her brother.  A sort of He-man
and She-ra sort of counter part...  Of course- I'm quite sure that Kodachi
is quietly plotting revenge out there on that burner.

Perhaps on that basis, could you really put her in a role in the
first movie, or did RT or viz or whoever made it leave her out for a

        Really there wouldn't have been much of a role for her.  Perhaps its
the same trouble as Kunou and I had coming up with battles for the Team
Ranma VS X-men(Which I guess I'll end up writing since he's busy with Future
Imperfect and the ton(literally) of Em-mail!  ^_-)...
