I've heard Azusa say it on the Hot Fighting Karuta and that's exactly how
it is said.

Agreed. P-chan and Genma in both forms sound better dubbed. The only
instance I have seen of the two old crones fight is in the Good Bye Girl
Type anime where they clash briefly. Pretty even match. Cologne pulls out
a bra (I sure hope she wasn't wearing it) and tosses it up. Happi
immediately grabs it and starts nuzzling it right next to the edge of a
cliff. Then Ranma says "It's not just me you'd like to see in a bra.
Could be anybody. Two timer!" and kicks him into the river below.
