Sounds like a dream come true.  Unfortunately I doubt it would
happen.  RPG's aren't cheap to make, and are a very hight risk.  FFVII
isn't even doing all that well in Japan right
now"Oh, the fates have such fickly
humor".  However since they did make one on Magic Knight Ray Earth,
which was wonderful dispite being in Japanese.  

The great thing about it is you could easily have multiple quests
and endings.  Imagine one possible ending could actually be the wedding
of Akane and Ranma.  Now that is something I would pay big bucks for.
Does anyone actually know how to get some game developer from Japan
interested in the idea?  It could become the ML pet project.   Oh well,
to  dream is to dream.
