Hmmm...are you implying that Ranma is a masochist?  This idea has some
merit.  That could explain why he likes fighting so much--sure he hates to
lose, but maybe the pain's worth the fight.  Maybe that's why he loves
Akane (and we all know he does) and doesn't care as much for Shampoo as he
does for Akane.  But then again maybe that means he'd fall for Kodachi's
weirder tendencies, and that'd just be bad.
