Hmmmmm... If ID4 was 5 times as long, people'd be losing intrest half way
thru... Sure it had a good scenario, but it wasn't meant as an epic (like
the Stand miniseries) but as a good special-effects laden action movie,
complete with entourage of one-liners... Now, if they _did_ make it into
an epic, I wouldn't mind it in the least... but Paramount wouldn't've made
that much dough that way. =)

*pauses* Wait, I remember that they sold two versions of that movie: the
rated PG one for all the rental stores (which wasn't that good) and an
unrated one for all us... *ahem* purists. *grin*  ...it had a nice purple
band on the top instead of red... Did they cut that scene out of the
unrated one, too?
