Nephlyte was one of the bad guys in Sailor Moon.  Nephlyte is actually a 
male, but because he looked so feminine (and had a 'relationship' with 
Malachite, I think [but I may be wrong]), DIC made him female for their dub.

And just to try to keep this on-topic....
I was very pleased to notice that most people responding to that poll  
have been pairing up Kasumi-sama with Tofu-sensei! ^_^ Hooray!!  Truly 
they are the only ones for each other!
