Your ability to write English is not bad. You can write better English than 
many people that have lived in the U.S. all their lives. To answer your 
question I would suggest the following:

1. Read something in English on a regular basis. A book or perhaps a 
magazine on a subject that you enjoy reading about. The key to writing is 
reading.

2. If you don't have one already, buy an English / Japanese dictionary. Use 
this for help, but don't rely on it.

3. Practice often!
