They don't show that as far as I know.  There are some instances where Ranma
wears high heels and gets changed back into a boy, but as far as I remember,
they didn't show what happened.  In the anime, boy-type and girl-type Ranma
change back and forth and apparently keep the same shoes.  In the manga,
however, whenever Ranma changes into a girl, her boy shoes are too big for
her so she ends up carrying them or scuffing around in shoes that are too
big.

There are a few stories coming up that show how painful his changing back in
the wrong clothes at the wrong time can be.

As for Mr. Panda, one word... "toupee".
