OK folks we all know that Onna-Ranma's red hair exists only in the anime. 
What I would to like know is: does Shampoo's purple hair exist in the manga 
or was it something added by the animation staff? In other words, was 
Shampoo ever referred to as "that purple-haired (Amazon, bimbo, babe...etc.)?
