Send a message to 'ucchan@usagi.jrd.dec.com' with the word 'unsubscribe'
in the subject header and 'unsubscribe ranma <your e-mail address>' in the
message text.
Hitoshi, I've seen on some lists an automatic tag on the bottom of each
message how to unsubscribe. It's probably a pain in the butt to have there
constantly, but it seemed to work well, while I was on that list, I saw no
'please unsubscribe me' messages. I will admit, though, things have gotten
better around here, and if you left it MO mode, it wouldn't worry me, it
was just...something I felt like mentioning, I guess:) An idea, I
suppose:) Ja ne!!
