Cool balls?  Do you mean the round bunch of hair on
either side of Shampoo's head?  This is just long hair
wrapped around like a bun.  Or do you mean the two
gold balls that stay on her as a cat?  I suppose these
are bells (like minature sleigh bells) and you can get
them at any hobby or craft store.
  Say...aren't you a guy?  No offense but I think only
a fem would look good in Shampoo's hairstyle. :>
