Why would they reverse it? If somebody says "(Mr.) Lew" to me, it's
obviously more formal than "Kevin" (or "Kev-meister", for that matter).
I thought this was the same in Japanese. I mean, unless I'm wrong, they
just reversed the formality of the speakers.

Incidentally, I can't believe that I lost to Dov *again* for most amount
