YES!!! I noticed this too! My friends thought I was crazy, but I KNEW
that was him in the audience! Where is he in the bath episode?

Aw, he has ALWAYS been a little odd.... but the reason this part seems so
weird is because the character that was SUPPOSED to be in that scene
was Gonsugki (sp?) who isn't in the anime (I think he may have been
in something... I don't remember what) but is a major character in
the manga... the anime people basically replaced all of Gonsugki's scenes
with Sasuke...
