I didn't make any mistakes in the first one. The first part was flawless.
Let's see if I can get a "double flawless", for you MK fans.

You should have done the second part if you already know it.

*** "1 or W" No-Japanese-Required Fake Summary (Conclusion) ***

HEAVY SPOILERS BELOW. Not to mention lots of errors, since I made most
of it up. Even worse, I gave back the manga to Yutaka, so I can't
remember if I have the order of events correct.

Editor's jargon:
   "Ichi-A" is Ichiyanagi's body, with sensei's spirit.
   "Ichi-B" is Ichiyanagi's free spirit (a ghost).

Ichi-B is not like many ghosts. You can see her feet, and she can
pick up objects and hold them, throw them, etc.
Ichi-A finds a diary in Ichiyanagi's room. She's about to go hand it
to Miyamoto (or read it out loud, whatever). Then Ichi-B casually takes a
flowerpot and smashes it on Ichi-A's head, and snatches the diary. You
can probably guess why she doesn't want Miyamoto to read it. For the
remainder of the story, she is seen carefully holding onto this diary.
Miyamoto takes care of Ichi-A, who's been K.O.'ed by the flowerpot.
When she recovers, they start talking, and Ichi-A starts to make "moves"
on him. Just as their faces are inches away from kissing, Ichi-A spits on
Miyamoto (like Bill the Cat: "phtttttt"). Miyamoto's really angry, but
Ichi-A, if you remember, is really a guy in a girl's body. Ichi-A says,
"It's because deep down, you really LOVE Ichiyanagi, don't you?!" Ichi-B
hears it, and is touched. But Miyamoto denies everything, like standard
RT macho guys, and Ichi-B throws her diary at him. *wham*
She takes the diary back, and naturally, they've introduced the Classic
Takahashi Romance Conflict.
However, it looks like something happened to Ichi-B. I got the
impression that if she doesn't find a body, she's in real trouble. I
could be wrong.
Later, they are back in the big kendo competition or training. One
fighter's a real stud, and is going through the kendo students like
butter. Miyamoto is getting wailed on pretty bad. Eventually, he's
knocked to the ground, and the situation doesn't look good. Ichi-B, who's
still watching, comes over to Miyamoto. She gently slides the diary next
to his head, saying that he can have it. She might have said something
else real important, but I can't read it.
Miyamoto suddenly becomes energized, and gets up. Then he soundly
wails on the guy that was kicking his butt. It turns out to be Ichi-A
(the kendo teacher). Anyway, Miyamoto's no longer the lazy kendo boy that
didn't try his best.
Then, some official and a police officer come into the area. They say
that the kendo teacher's body has been found, and has been "sleeping" for
some time. They want somebody to claim it, because they want to dump it
soon. Can you guess what everybody says? "Get the Hell out of her body!"
Later, the teacher is back and doing his kendo thing, and Miyamoto and
Ichinayagi are now dating.

THE END.

Also in the "1 or W" tankoubon:
What if everytime you got a nose bleed, you turned into a dog? And
what if your girlfriend didn't know? Imagine Maison Ikkoku if Godai was
actually Souchiro-san, and Kyoko didn't know they were the same people.
Stupidly funny.
