I've seen it.  It's a collection of music videos done as opening/ending
 sequences.  I suspect many of them will be used in the new OAV series.
 The "Love Panic" opening from the first series is one of them and
 four of the themes were featured on the last OAV that Viz released,
 "An Akane to Remember", so it's possible that the rest will be shown
 in the later OAVs.

I wonder!  I have the Hot Song Contest OAVs but I know more people would
 like to see them too.  I talked to Trish about it a while back and, at the
 time, she didn't know if it would be released by Viz but, if it was, she
 said that a Japanese version would only be available on a bilingual LD and
 that they'd likely only release English version as VHS.  When, who knows?
