I disagree. Dreams can be one of three things: 1, your subconscious mind
telling you something, 2, your mind is just at play entertaining itself, or 3,
an astral experience, where your mind leaves your body and may communicate with
other people in the realm where all of our thoughts and emotions originate
from(I know this is somewhat occult, but these are just my beliefs). I guess
there is a number four, too: any combination of the above...
I like to think of dreaming as more than just flushing out mental garbage. The
dream realm is a place where we can explore aspects of ourselves and have fun.
No I am not a New Ager, really, I have just adopted some of their beliefs. My
religion is christianity if anyone cares...
