i apologize for the cross-mailing, but i figured i could reach you all at the
same time with this message.

as i've mentioned sometime ago, i'm going to be going over to japan and taiwan
in about 12 days. although i will be spending a lot of time with my host family
(in japan) and my relatives (in taiwan), i plan on hitting as many music and
video shops as my two feet will let me.

so, i am offering a bit of a service to all of you who are having difficulty
getting ahold of those albums that you want. all i ask for (prior to my
departure) is the price for the cd(s) (japanese yen would be best b/c of the
current exchange rate), us$3.00 for priority mail and a mailing address to
which i can send your goods once i return to my college in september. i will
also notify you of my progress with a postcard or 2, so the mailing address is
important. also, i might have some temporary access to e-mail, so i could give
you a speedier reply with that. 

anyway, i'm sure some of you are asking why i am doing this. it's simple: i
know how difficult it is to get jpop and jpop-related goods for a good price. i
also know that this is a risky venture for you all, but i'll tell you one
thing: i'm no howard lee. i've been burned by a dishonest wheeler dealer
before, so i know what it's like. the information in my sig file is all valid.
although my own e-mail will be disconnected in 2 weeks, i'll still have access
to it in september (i still have a year of undergrad school left).

at any rate, if you're interested, please reply soon. there's not much time
left, and i'd hate to screw up someone's order.
