Since ther are only very few such stores exists, and most of the customers
are Japanese living in Hong Kong, I do not think and action will be placed
on these stores by the law enforcers. ^_^

Ohtaka-san, I have a friend in Japan who has just joined NiftyServe.
He tried to send email to me (Hong Kong) and a friend of mine (UK).  
I can read the email alright but my friend cannot : he received some
garbage characters instead.  Do you have any experience in these things ?
Do you have any ideas to fix this problem ?  FYI, my friend's ISP domain is
"ibmmail.com", an email only service.  Thanks in advance.
