Well I think it is Partly Dark Horses fault but also it was requested by
Mr Fujishima Kosuke himself that they don't publish stuff earlier than a
certain point , guess he didn't like the earlier stuff and probally felt
it'd be more of an embaressment to have it re-published.
Can't remember where I read/heard about that though..
