For my second FanFic, I'm leaning towards OMG and I've got the following
sketch, my question is: Is Urd really THIS careless and self-indulgent?

It's a Friday evening.

Keiichi and Belldandy are off running errands.  Skuld is at the
University, destroying the presentation of a world famous
mathematician.  Megumi and Urd remain at the temple.

Megumi is trying to get all of her homework done tonight, so that she
has the entire weekend free for Auto-Club.

Urd is bored and worried.  "Why has nothing I've tried worked for
Belldandy and Keiichi?  Merciful father!, have I lost my touch?"

Urd takes Megumi by surprise, tries EVERYTHING and it all works great.

Megumi: "Urd, what are you doing!?!"
Urd: "Don't worry, I won't hurt you."

I'll keep to my usual PG-13 level and leave the details to the fevered
imaginations of the readers.

Four hours later, Urd is quite satisfied with her powers and tucks
Megumi into bed, before heading back to her own room.

The next morning, nobody will miss a Belldandy breakfast, though they
have to call Megumi twice.

Skuld arrives with the mathematician in tow (they've been up all night,
talking mathematics, which they continue over breakfast).

At breakfast, Megumi has an attitude towards Urd that can only be
described as worshipful.  Urd sees nothing wrong with this, after all it
is quite natural for mortals to worship her and she wishes that more
would.

After breakfast, Belldandy takes Urd aside for a dressing down for
treating people as toys for her amusement.

Belldandy: "Did you promise her anything?"

Urd: "I only promised that I wouldn't hurt her.  I didn't harm her in
    the slightest."

Belldandy: "And now, you'll just walk away and leave her poor heart to
    shatter.  This will not do, you must go to her and comfort her, as a
    friend, while I enlist Skuld's help, without explaining to Skuld
    exactly what the problem is."

The rest of the weekend is spent in trying to patch together Megumi's
sanity.

I have previously considered the four characters living at the temple in
OMG and concluded that there was "no scope for romantic tension", I had
forgotten that it is the home to five souls.
