Have you tried  the Sino Centre in Mong Kok as there  are two shopping 
malls along that road which deals in alot of anime related stuff and the 
first one is right by Prince Edward station on the under ground. I found 
a place that had all the back issues but I can`t seen to remember where 
it was now as I went there  by luck and i only been there once.

Hope that this was some help and if I remember where it was again then
