This is direct from Japan I guess you would call it, as I used Amazon Japan.

Kodansha periodically releases a volume of the most recent episodes of 
the manga that appears in Afternoon in tankobaun form.  The volume that was
bundled was the Japanese version (not Dark Horse).

There are fansubbers that have released the latest OAV in subtitled 
format in the last few days, but the version that I have is Region 2 (no 
subtitles).  It looks
like they are trying for a marketing strategy of bundling the latest 
tankobaun with an episode of the OAV.
