I kept mine in the boxes for years, but finally decided to open them and
place them in a display case. I enjoy them more in the display case then
I did in the boxes. I guess it all depends on if you buy them as an
investment or just for your own enjoyment.

I have gotten 20 of these figures, and not opened a single one.  I have
hung them along my wall, using the tab at the top so not to damage the
box ;).
