The channel that produced it was #belldandy@irc.irchighway.net .  Several of
the ops thought it would be funny (since we already had the raw editied by
our fine team) to release a april fools edition of the chapter.  But yes, we
basically only distributed it for one day because we don't want people
thinking that we do that kind of stuff very often.

Btw: We are currently scanilating the manga as it comes out (tho we are late
at times) so please stop by and hang out for a while.
