You gotta see this... I about died laughing at this one.

In alt.binaries.pictures.manga (the newsgroup) you will find chapter 199 of 
the manga... in a special april fools day edition... you have absolutely got 
to get this. It's too funny for words.

that means you need to find out what your isp's news group server is (if you 
need help email me) and then download and install a yEnc capable news reader 
(I use SuperGravity myself) since the files are y encoded.

As to what is actually happening in 199... I have no idea.. other than
