I know I don't have to say this, but thank you very much for keeping us AMG fans informed!

One thing I noticed from the recent "Inuyasha" cancelation is that none of the official
websites made an announcement.  So it was a bunch of rumors until someone attached
to the show made a post somewhere confirming things (and leading to speculation
that the series will continue as an OAV).  You'd think that the people who are doing
AMG would want info out to help fuel the fires.

So it sounds like this isn't a sequel to the OAV, but rather a remake from scratch.

If the show proves very popular, I suppose they could just add additional seasons,
correct?  I'm not sure how that works in Japan.

Well, then the writers can make the show more adult in nature rather than shounen.
I don't mean more fanservice or ecchi content either.
