Kikuko Inoue, known affectionately as "Oneiichan"
meaning "Older/Big Sister" by her fans and fellow
seiyuu, is very popular and is one of the most beloved
seiyuu in Japan.  I don't see them warming up to well
to the idea of Belldnady being voice by anyone other
than her.

BTW, Kikuko Inoue got her nickname of "Oneiichan" for
her role as Kasumi Tendo in Ranma 1/2.  Nabiki Tendo's
VA called her that throughout the entire production of
the series, movies and OAVs and it just stuck.
