When I was in France during my school's summer program, I've never 
noticed any anime program on TV...

 Another question; is that the French/American version of Ririka SOS??? 
(It just came out in Japan too)

 (I always say this to everyone) Be carefull not to spend too much money 
on Anime! It's an expensive hobby!
