That's unexpectedly fast. Since 27 was published in Nov 2003, I didn't
think they'd release 28 until May earliest.
Well, that means I should be able to get it in chinese by May. Any
information on which chapters will be included? I hope they're willing to
release up to 184 in there, but I doubt they will.
