Velsper is having allergic reaction to the tsukai-ma transplanted from
Belldandy.  This is the reason they asked for Hild's help.

BTW, Belldandy's broom is the fastest on Heaven, but the "broom" Hild
rides, which belonged to Velspar, is the fastest broom ever, supposedly.
