The FAQ is still pre-release, and FAQs have traditionally been in
plain text to make them viewable by the widest possible audience.
Once it's released, though, an HTML-ized version would be a good
idea.

I won't be posting it here any more once it's released. Maybe when it
comes time to revise it, but the ML isn't meant to be a source for
distributing it. It'll be on Edward Chang's site and anywhere else
someone wants to post it.
