Having never seen it, I think they're just steam driven, so you power 
the suckers with coal and water pressure to actually move things.

Oooo...and now I'm looking at the Sakura Taisen Complete collection for 
$195 - hm...  Do I get this assuming that the series is never coming to 
the US and teach myself Japanese so I can play it "someday", or trust 
that my dreams of finally trying these games in English will be realized?
