The site officially opened on 24 November, 2001 when Afternoon 160 scans
were ready. (Afternoon officially published on 25 of every month, and
yet they can have their scans on 23 or 24....  :P) Hopefully, as they
had announced before, after the developers are back from exams, the web
site will be based on the Yggdrasil system (http://yggdrasil.sf.net, if
you have time, help in the development project rather than waiting for
them from exams) which in turn an English version of web site would be
available. :)

Cool! Do you know how long have they been on? It's great that they have
chinese translations since I can't read Japanese.
