Do the Japanese switch to another language if they

Granted, but I think this is precisely the problem. Peorth's speech in the
original Japanese is NOT suave and sophisticated. Sure, she might be trying
to act it, but her language -- such as the "desu wa" exclamations everywhere
-- belie this and shows that in actuality, she's just a goofy character (for
this chapter, at least). If anything, Dark Horse should've made her speech
LESS sophisticated.
And the "Flower Girl" bit just gives me the chills. Personal preference, I
guess.
