Yes, but both their names and mythological background (and neither
really counts :) makes them more like Scandinavian. Being from
Scandinavia myself, I will firmly stand by this (mistaken) belief.
There! ^_^

(But being goddesses, they're not from Earth at all. And Norse myths
weren't exclusive to Scandinavia either, extending to Germanic countries
as well.)
