Don't feel too bad...  You might be too late already.

I've found that ordering "Ah! My Goddess" garage kits from Hobby Link Japan
can be hit-or-miss.  If you don't order them in the first day or so that
they're available for pre-order, you may not have much chance of getting
them at all.  This varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, but the goddess
garage kits are apparently very popular, and often limited in production.
