Well her uh...dimensions seem to change allot depending on the venue.
I have seen her sometimes rivals Urd in the chest area while other times
she seems to have more in common with Hasegawa.  I noticed her height
changes sometimes too.  There are scenes where she looks only an
inch or too taller than Keichii and others where her and Urd are
looking at each other at eye level standing up.  I don't think that
the artist had her ankles as the primary focus of attention when he
drew that image, and got a little distracted on details like feet.
