(snip)

To say that one is "NOT" somebody else is almost a sure sign that a parody of
the name is in mind, c.f. Honda Chieko vs. Honda Chieko (different kanji),
for instance.

In any case, it's clear that as far as the Encyclopedia goes the Andou
Natsuko referred to is either 1. Somebody known to Fujishima-san or someone
else involved with the A!MS Colours book or 2. Somebody related to A!MS
itself. The composer is the most promising, but of course, I have not heard
of her in any connection to A!MS music.

Those interested in the Encyclopedia can find an almost semidaily-updated
English translation of the Encyclopedia on my site at
http://nekomikodai.otakalypse.com/en.html. I'm only up to "e" in the Japanese
hiragana, but I'll finish it one of these days.

In reference to the other point: Yes, I would like it to be pointed out how a
high-level demon could end up with a lower-level god. I do acknowledge that
such a thing is possible, I just don't think it applies in this case. Having
Kami-sama as Belldandy and Skuld's father also lends a kind of symmetry to
the three sisters' situation; with Urd's mother as such a powerful being, one
would expect that Belldandy and Skuld have similar power in their
backgrounds, especially if Belldandy's song is the "best in Heaven".
Belldandy's ability to even put up a decent fight against Hild (the
spade/heart kisses thing) supports this.

Of course, arguing about this is all moot; until Fujishima-san says
otherwise, we'll just have to stick to our own assumptions and see what turns
out.

Oh, and kindly don't call me "Eddy". Only two people I know do, and they're
both jerks.
