Thinking about it, I don't think I've ever seen such a character in the 
manga either (well, except Urd and the S&M Club, but that's another story).

I've always felt that one of the draws to AMG for mature readers is the 
"innocent sexuality".  There have been sexual moments (like Urd trying 
to seduce Keiichi), or even some riske moments (like showing Belldandy 
in the bathrub, with her hair falling from her head to cover any 
"naughty parts", or Urd pulling at Sayoko's bathing suit to check out 
the goods underneath), but it's always been done in a harmless fashion. 
  A little wink here, a little tease there, but nothing blatant.

Which is probably why the doshinji (I probably screwed up the spelling, 
so sorry) are so popular - some people just can't handle the tease.
