It depends on if you speak japanese or not, on which one you get.
If you don't speak the language of the pricey VCD, then I'd get the other
one. It sounds like it is a fansubbed version done by an anime club. I
wasn't aware that AMG came on VCD's, other then the chinese versions. Are
you refering to the movie?, or the OAV? I know that the first DVD of AMG
OAV was recently released in Japan, so I assume they also released it in
China to.
