Hitoshi Doi told the Megami devotees:

I checked and the DTS version will not include an AC-3 track.  So you
can either get the "Deluxe" DTS version that comes with extra stuff or
the normal version which uses AC-3 (Dolby Digital).  This is a problem
for me as I do not have a DTS decoder.

The first press of the normal version will be picture discs.  Probably
the Deluxe version too but I am not sure.

The rental version will contain "Bonus video for Maniacs" not available elsewhere
according to Shochiku's web page, and you can win goods by
renting it.
