If you go to http://comeon.cplaza.ne.jp/megamisama/ then scroll down,
the link to the wallpaper is there. I right-clicked and used the
save as item. Worked for me.  I think IE didn't like the LZH
extension for some reason.
I also put it on my webpage.
http://members.home.net/rwooden/misc/wallpaper.jpg for those still
having trouble.
